Data Protection Notice

1. Data controller

The data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) is Alanya Deniz Aslanları Spor Kulübü, , Oba, Alanya / Antalya. Contact number 0 545 947 79 73.

2. Data we process

• Full name
• Phone number
• Child’s name and age, entered by the parent on the pre-registration form
• Message content sent via WhatsApp or the contact form
• Any health information about the child, reported voluntarily on the pre-registration form (epilepsy, autism spectrum signs, asthma, heart or circulation problems, skin allergies, fear of water, recent surgery or injury, and so on)

The pre-registration form does not ask for payment details, identity numbers or a home address.

Health information is special-category data. Under article 6 of the law it may only be processed with the parent’s explicit consent. The “health conditions” field on the form is therefore informational and optional — a pre-registration request can be submitted without filling it in. If no consent is given, the child follows the standard programme and no adjustment based on health information is made. What is reported is used only to determine the coach, the lesson plan and in-pool safety measures; it is never shared with third parties without written permission.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Purpose: assessing pre-registration requests, contacting parents, and providing programme and schedule information.
• Legal basis: explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1-a) and necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/1-b).
• Health conditions (only if reported): Purpose: planning lessons, setting an appropriate level of supervision and in-pool safety measures. Legal basis: explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1-a, 6/1 and 3/1). Registration is still possible without it.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing. Data submitted through this site is transferred to Web3Forms, the form delivery service used to send your enquiry, and to the hosting provider of this site. We do not share data with third parties other than where required by law.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the relevant programme and for one year after it ends, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Statutory obligations may require longer retention.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children’s data

This site publishes no images or personal information about children. Where a parent enters details about their child on the registration form, that information is processed solely to arrange training and is never shared with third parties.
